Skills for the work
that matters

Every capability is a skill crafted for a specific job and tuned to how your company actually works so what your agents produce fits your business, not a generic template.

Weekly Call Review

Generates a weekly check-in for one rep: real calls only, how they scored, and which coaching patterns kept recurring.

Overview

Ask the Coaching agent how a rep’s week went. The skill pulls every real call that rep ran in the current week — not simulations, not practice runs — scores each one, and flags which coaching patterns showed up more than once. A sales manager gets a week’s worth of call data digested into what actually needs addressing in the next 1:1, without listening back to a single recording.

Capabilities

  • Pulls every real call a named rep ran in the current (or specified) week, excluding simulations, courses, and podcasts
  • Scores each call against the locked coaching framework
  • Flags which coaching patterns recurred across that week’s calls specifically, not just within one call
  • Defaults to the current week if no date range is given
  • Produces one check-in per rep — for a whole team in one week, the Coaching agent runs its team-wide version instead

Example output

Jordan
Week of Sept 8
06
Real calls
78/100
Average score
4 of 6 calls
Pattern 2 recurring

Pairing what a capability removes with what it unlocks.

Agent workflow

  1. Step 1: Trigger

Manager asks: “How did Jordan do on calls this week?”

  2. Step 2: Retrieve calls

Pull all real, non-simulation calls Jordan ran that week.

  3. Step 3: Score calls

Manager asks: “How did Jordan do on calls this week?”

  4. Step 4: Find recurring patterns

Pull all real, non-simulation calls Jordan ran that week.

  5. Step 5: Build the check-in

Combine call count, average score, and recurring patterns into one manager-ready summary.

Lead Intent Score

Scores a lead 0–100 and maps it to Hot/Warm/Cold using engagement and source data only.

Best for

  • RevOps
  • Sales Manager
>Browse Agent Library

Overview

Ask the Lead agent which leads are worth calling first. It pulls first-party engagement data — what someone viewed, how long they stayed, what they came back to — from Cleverstory and Paperflite, checks whether that signal is trustworthy, and returns one number per lead: a 0–100 Lead Intent Score mapped to Hot, Warm, or Cold.

Capabilities

  • Scores leads 0–100 using first-party engagement and source data only — no third-party enrichment guesswork
  • Maps every score to Hot / Warm / Cold so reps get a call to action, not just a number
  • Checks whether a lead’s engagement signal is trustworthy before scoring it
  • Reads Cleverstory exports directly (lead reports, session analytics, asset analytics, storyboard performance)
  • Explains what a specific lead is interested in, not just how hot they are

Example output

47 leads scored
last week’s campaign export.
8 Hot · 15 Warm · 24 Cold.

Top lead: revisited pricing page 3× and spent 4+ minutes on the ROI calculator.

Agent workflow

  1. Step 1: Trigger

User uploads a Cleverstory export or asks, “Which of these leads should I call first?”

  2. Step 2: Pull engagement data

Reads first-party engagement and source signals for each lead.

  3. Step 3: Validate signal quality

Checks whether each lead’s engagement pattern is trustworthy.

  4. Step 4: Score and tier

Converts validated signals into a 0–100 score and maps each lead to Hot / Warm / Cold.

  5. Step 5: Return ranked list

Ranks leads by score with the engagement signals behind each one.

SEO Content Writer

Turns a completed SEO outline into a publish-ready blog post or page.

Overview

Ask the Experience agent to write the piece once the outline exists. It writes complete, publish-ready copy in brand voice, embeds internal links from the interlinking plan, places image/screenshot references, adds answer-ready blocks for question-style search queries, and writes the FAQ schema — so what comes out is ready for editorial review, not a first draft that still needs structuring.

Capabilities

  • Writes complete, publish-ready copy from an existing content outline or brief
  • Embeds contextual internal links pulled from the interlinking plan, not generic ones
  • Places image and screenshot references where the outline calls for them
  • Writes answer-ready blocks formatted for “people also ask” and AI-search-style queries
  • Generates FAQ schema alongside the body copy
  • Applies house brand voice automatically, without a separate style pass

Example output

What Is a Digital Sales Room

1,400-word article6 internal linksFAQ schema

Ready for editorial review

Agent workflow

  1. Step 1: Trigger

User points the Experience agent at a finished outline and asks for the full article

  2. Step 2: Pull the brief and interlinking plan

Reads the outline’s structure, keyword targets, and the interlinking mastersheet. Example tools: Google Drive · Ahrefs

  3. Step 3: Draft the body copy

Writes the full piece section by section in house brand voice

  4. Step 4: Embed links, images, and schema

Places internal links, image/screenshot placements, answer blocks, and FAQ schema into the draft

  5. Step 5: Return the publish-ready draft

Delivers the complete piece for editorial review

Asset Audit

Audits one asset for metadata, group fit, and factual/compliance risk before it goes out.

Overview

Ask the Knowledge agent to check a piece of content before it’s trusted in a live deal. It reviews the asset’s metadata, whether it’s filed in the right content group, whether its claims are still backed by a source, whether it overlaps with something already on an approved hub, and whether its branding and format are current — then returns an interactive report a content owner can act on directly, not just a pass/fail flag.

Capabilities

  • Checks an asset’s metadata for completeness and accuracy
  • Verifies the asset is filed in the right content group, not just “somewhere”
  • Flags claims that are no longer backed by a cited source
  • Flags overlap with content already live on an approved hub
  • Checks brand and format compliance
  • Can scope the check to a specific deal or recipient, catching relevance risk as well as compliance risk

Example output

2025 ROI Calculator PDF

Metadata complete.Correctly grouped.

1 unsourced claim flagged. No hub overlap.

Agent workflow

  1. Step 1: Trigger

A content owner asks the Knowledge agent to audit a specific asset, optionally scoped to a group, stream, deal, or recipient

  2. Step 2: Check metadata and group fit

Reviews the asset’s metadata fields and whether it’s filed in the correct content group. Example tools: Paperflite

  3. Step 3: Check claims and compliance

Cross-references factual claims against sourcing, and checks brand/format compliance

  4. Step 4: Check for hub overlap

Compares the asset against what’s already live on approved hubs to catch duplication

  5. Step 5: Return the report

Delivers an interactive report with every finding and a suggested fix

Proposal Prompt Generator

Turns deal data into a ready-to-paste prompt for whatever proposal tool the rep uses.

Best for

  • Account Manager

Related skill examples

>Browse Agent Library

Overview

Ask the Distribution agent to get a proposal moving for a named deal. It pulls prospect, pricing, services, timeline, and signatory details straight from deal data, and returns a ready-to-paste prompt for whichever content tool the rep actually uses to build the proposal. It doesn’t assume a specific tool, and it doesn’t guess at numbers it can’t find — it asks for those instead.

Capabilities

  • Pulls prospect, pricing, services, timeline, and signatory details from deal data automatically
  • Builds a platform-agnostic prompt, not locked to one specific proposal tool
  • Asks for any value it can’t find in deal data instead of fabricating it
  • Works from a request as loose as “get the proposal ready for [Company]”

Example output

“Acme Corp” AI Prompt

Pricing, seat count, services, and signatory pulled inTimeline flagged as missingAsked directly for the timeline

Agent workflow

  1. Step 1: Trigger

Rep asks the Distribution agent to build a pricing/plan proposal prompt for a named deal

  2. Step 2: Check metadata and group fit

Retrieves prospect, pricing, services, timeline, and signatory details from deal records. Example tools: Paperflite

  3. Step 3: Check claims and compliance

Identifies any required value missing from deal data and asks the rep for it directly, rather than guessing

  4. Step 4: Assemble the prompt

Builds a platform-agnostic prompt ready to paste into the rep’s proposal tool of choice

Create Deal Room

Build a deal room with the buying committee, action plan, and relevant resources.

Action needed
6 users

  5. Step 5: Selecting relevant resources
