Life at

Artists, music producers, singers, sports stars, photographers, runners—we’ve got one of each kind here. We set a high bar for work, but we don’t take ourselves nearly as seriously.

Different paths,
one shared belief

We’ve always hired for ‘weird
and for what someone can bring—not for a perfectly tidy career story.

One of us came from procurement and got hired, in part, for the jokes made in an interview with Vinoth (it’s the one writing this).

Different paths. One team

Five bets. One instinct

We’re here to make things that did not exist before

solve real problems while doing it. That instinct has already produced five very different bets:

  • Made revenue content easier to find, share and measure.

  • Turned static content into interactive experiences without requiring code.

  • Gave sales reps a place to practise difficult conversations before facing a real buyer.

  • A first-of-its-kind LLM solution for finding answers across sales-enablement content.

  • An in-house design studio creating specialised interactive experiences.

Built for the
long game

We raised one $400K seed round in 2018. By our second year, we were profitable. Since then, we’ve funded our growth through operating cash flow—while building a team of more than 150 people and serving more than 500 enterprises worldwide. For us, financial discipline is not about playing small. It gives us the room to make deliberate product bets, stay close to customers and build for the long term.

The values
that made
this possible

At

our culture thrives on a unique blend of values and environment that sets us apart.

Company Culture

We emphasize quality of work over years of experience, empowering our team with autonomy to innovate and excel.Transparency, passion to create, playing by strengths, purposeful growth, respect, kindness, and a readiness to roll up our sleeves define how we operate daily. We take pride in going beyond the ordinary for our people and customers alike, fostering a dynamic and supportive workplace where everyone can thrive and contribute to our collective success.

Relationships that last beyond work

We make cool stuff shit

We’re always looking for the next creative idea—and once we find it, we tend to take it further than necessary. The Runway customer-story series became kinda like a fashion production. Seek launched with Charlie Chaplin. Fall in Love sent an astronaut through a gallery of creative works that we’ve produced over the years. At one of our events, we’d set the booth in such a way that it was more of an art installation than a traditional booth space.

We have our /own emojis
for everything. And I mean everything.

The obsession does
not stop at the screen.

Our walls

The mural on the office stairwell: a woman's face among palm leaves, in teal and white

Our walls are covered in murals that make Facebook’s look tame, and one meeting room sits inside a shipping container. You read that right. We’ve got pics for proof.

Our merch

The team at a long table of woven bags, the onboarding kits being packed

Our merch is not a logo added to whatever was easiest to order. We work through the idea, the object and the smallest details until it feels like something Paperflite would make. The same care goes into our branded giveaways and every item in a newcomer’s onboarding kit—including pens rejected because they did not flow the way we wanted. Over the top, you think? Well that’s kinda the point.

Traditions we
take too seriously

/The Holiday Social

It’s not a mere ritual. It’s how we come together and thank each other for making another year possible. And it’s the longest tradition we’ve got going.

/ Sports Week

Some of the most intense days at Paperflite happen during Sports Week. We take it way too seriously.

A free Coke day, built like a campaign

Are work anniversaries special? When you love what you do, yes. Roop—the man behind so many of our digital creatives—covers the office in Coke paraphernalia and loads all refrigerators with the OG hard-to-source Coke bottles. You gotta admire the commitment to the bit.

Shoptalk Social

Shoptalk Social started as an intimate gathering for builders: create the space, curate the room and let the conversation unfold. Every edition has its own character—from product and AI conversations to founders playing board games, marketers mixing cocktails in New York, and sessions on belief, engineering and design.
